The Life of an Explorer

My name is Canaan, and traveling the world has been a central part of my life since before my earliest memories. While originally from the USA, I spent the majority of my childhood growing up in Ukraine, China, and finally Lithuania, where I pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology. During those years of university, I sought to venture out and explore the world as much as possible. During my time spent in university, I found myself in 23 countries across four continents, with experiences in another 13 nations prior to the beginning of my university studies.

Over the past year and a half of being married to my wife, we have been able to enjoy many amazing and memorable travel experiences together! From a relaxing honeymoon, to a backpacking adventure, to a simple journey to see family, we have been able to experience each type of trip together. As an American-Moldovan couple living in Lithuania, it is no wonder we have traveled so much together! Yet, as university students, our budget was always very tight. As I planned our journeys, I learned to navigate the travel markets to find the best deals for every style of trip.
